At Redpelon Labs, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.
We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of the return authorization form inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-designed products
- Downloadable software
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Provide detailed information about the damage or defect, along with photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Due to the personalized nature of custom design orders, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. We will work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your satisfaction.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled. Custom design orders cannot be canceled once the design process has begun.
